Membership
Concierge Plan
Membership $3600 annually ($1800 for kids) and includes:
Comprehensive annual physical with personalized prevention recommendations
All office visits, no co-pays
“Tech visits" (via cell, text, email, and video)
Functional medicine approach with focus on lifestyle, disease prevention and reversal, health optimization and longevity
Minor in office procedures (cryotherapy, mole removal, etc)
In office basic labs and tests (Urinalysis, strep and flu, EKGs, etc)
We do not bill insurance, Medicaid, or Medicare. We work directly with and for you.
VIP Concierge Plan
Membership $7200 annually and includes:
Comprehensive annual physical with personalized prevention recommendations
All office visits, no co-pays
“Tech visits" (via cell, text, email, and video)
Functional medicine approach with focus on lifestyle, disease prevention and reversal, health optimization and longevity
Minor in office procedures (cryotherapy, mole removal, etc)
In office basic labs and tests (Urinalysis, strep and flu, EKGs, etc)
House calls* (At Dr Garrett’s discretion and based on availability)
